Chief Officer Development Workshop

The MAFC Chief Officer Development Workshop is intended to enhance the skills of new chief officers. It will be an intensive 40+ hour, week-long program covering a wide range of topics that are relevant to today's chief officer. Topics include budgeting, asset management, employee development and difficult conversations and networking events.
